"I know what it takes to pivot when life knocks you down. I’ve done it on the court as a 2X WNBA Champion, in my career as an award-winning coach and leadership strategist, and most recently, in my health journey - losing 82 pounds and reclaiming my body, mind, and confidence."
I was laid off twice in the same year and faced unemployment and financial insecurity. Things started to look up when I was offered my dream job as an assistant coach in the WNBA only to have the team rescind the offer, offer me another role, and rescind that one too!
The stress took a toll—and if that wasn't enough, I was diagnosed with prediabetes, high blood pressure, and depression due to extreme stress.
All this in one year!
I had enough. I was DONE!
❌ I was DONE waiting.
❌ Waiting for another job to validate me.
❌ Waiting for my body to change on it's own - menopause wasn't letting that happen.
❌ Waiting for the "right time" to put myself first.
Spending time in prayer and crying out to God (I'm talking bout the ugly cry) I had a revelation: He reminded me that I Am My Greatest Asset because He equipped and empowered me to do everything I needed to do to rebuild my life.
So, I made a PIVOT. I got my mind right, I created a plan to let go of the mental and physical weight, and I executed. The result: No more high blood pressure, regulated blood sugar, no more depression AND I lost over 80 pounds in 8 months.
Now, it's my mission to help women like YOU do the same - to stop spinning your wheels and start making bold, lasting transformations in your mindset, your health, and your LIFE!
